4) I have been dealing with Globus for at least a period of 5 years. Ever since I was a junior in college and started tinkering with computer hardware.
I bought my first 2 computers from Globus back then and I was amazed at their customer service. When there was a defect in one of the components in the computer, Globus helped me diagnose the issue and promptly replaced the bad component.
